The moment I fell in love with Bette Davis...

I know this clip is played in every documentary done on Bette Davis and rightly it should be. She showed her amazing craft early on in Of Human Bondage (1934) with Leslie Howard. Mildred Rogers was a far better character than Gabrielle Maple to Leslie Howard's Alan Squier in The Petrified Forest (1936).

Another great character with great lines was Davis' Madge Norwood from The Cabin in the Cotton (1932) with Richard Barthelmess. This clip is often shown as well. I thought she was georgeous in that movie.
